What is infrared?

The purpose of an infrared inspection of a building envelope is to locate and document abnormal patterns of infrared radiation that can be potential problems for the end user. In other words, the camera will let me see different temperature that isn’t visible with the naked eye. This allows me to see insulation issues, condensation issues, plumbing issues, electrical heat issues, and moisture issues. this ISN'T an xray or a catch all SOLUTION. IT'S a tool that allows me to do a better inspection to give you better information on your property investment. Please look at the EXAMPLES below.
